This time of year many of the local shellfish boats lay up for maintenance and a refurb. The weather is against them too. Fresh crabs and lobsters become expensive if available. We have some very reasonably priced frozen raw whole lobsters in 2 sizes to fill that gap. As a restaurateur these can be a real winner.
