These are the southern hemisphere version of king crab. A lot spikier than the Norwegian variety. However at half the price of the Norwegian this Chilean stuff sells very well. Each cluster is about 300-350 grams so you'll get about three sets per kilo. Put a pair of gloves on and get scissoring all the delicious meat out. Half price king crab. What's not to love?

British brown crab claws landed by fishermen in Whitby or Scotland. We have two suppliers and both have plenty to spare right now. A lot of British crab are bulk flown to the Far East nowadays as other nations crave the taste of our indigenous crab. We always have snow crab or king crab on stock but not always our own British ones. Grab a bag or two now while fishing is good.

Our dressed crabs come from the East Coast, caught and processed by boats working out of Grimsby, Withernsea and Whitby. Our dressed crabs have a healthy portion of brown meat hiding underneath the delicious white meat on top and all sitting in a natural shell, hopefully yours will arrive with a claw on top but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this due to the days limited supply however, we will try our best to get you ones with the claw on top.
