Cooked and frozen in its own netting these Canadian lobsters are perfect for a quick spring or summer salad After defrosting simply split the beast down the back with a stiff large blade and remove the meaty tail. You will also need a hammer to crack the claws and reveal the white meat, lobsters average size is 500-550 grams. Ideal for warming through on the BBQ too with garlic butter!

British brown crab claws landed by fishermen in Whitby just up the coast from us. A lot of British crab are bulk flown to the Far East nowadays as other nations crave the taste of our indigenous crab. It doesn't leave a lot to go round but what we do get we freeze on the day of intake and offer here.

Our dressed crabs come from the East Coast, caught and processed by boats working out of Grimsby, Withernsea and Whitby. Our dressed crabs have a healthy portion of brown meat hiding underneath the delicious white meat on top and all sitting in a natural shell, hopefully yours will arrive with a claw on top but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this due to the days limited supply however, we will try our best to get you ones with the claw on top.
