Our biggest selling fresh prawn product, we sell these by the bucket load and you will receive between 20 - 30 prawns per kg.

These little beauties are fished in the North Sea mainly by the Dutch fishermen, they are cooked, peeled and sealed in 100g pouches. Someone goes to a lot of effort peeling these for us and the taste is incredible, why not try spreading them on buttered toast for a delightful treat.

We receive fresh oysters daily from either Lindisfarne, Jersey, Whitstable or from the Essex oyster beds at Maldon. They are live and must be kept alive until opened, we find the best way to do this is to keep them under damp newspaper in a Fridge. Eat within three days of delivery.

Raw Crevettes
The 20/30 size crevettes are Vanname prawns from France.
The 12/15 and U/10 sizes are the hugely impressive, in size and in taste, black tiger prawns from South Africa.
All prawns come with a five day shelf life.
We ask that you give us at least five days notice on the U/10 size. The other two sizes are regularly on stock.

Rope grown in the United Kingdom and cleaned, these fresh live mussels are wrapped in a net for convenience and sold when in season - usually when there is an 'R' in the month. We buy from trusted suppliers in the Shetlands.

Fresh pasteurised crabmeat in a 454g bag, this beautiful claw meat is from the blue swimmer crab that swims in the seas around Indonesia, please keep this refrigerated at all times, perfect for crab cakes. You may have unknowingly sampled this before as we supply many restaurants with this.
