These are IQF whole raw lobsters.
Each lobster in this section weighs between 500-550 grams.

There are 8-9 lobsters per case. Caught in the North West Atlantic Ocean by pots and traps. These have been heavily discounted for the caterer who may want to use in various dishes including seafood boils. Each lobster comes with two claws although they may have become detached from the body.
These lobsters were packed some time ago and some are close to, or even passed, their best before date. Best before means just that however we've checked them out and they’re perfect as well as being a bargain.
