The best of both worlds; Large and wild prawns or as the Argentinians call them langouste, these are a new commercial species harvested by vessels working off the South American coast, because the water is cold the meat is really tasty unlike the farmed black tiger prawns you can buy. Although these are pink in colour they are in fact raw and do need to be cooked.
